Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We apply a waste-less approach to purchases, while your experience is super important, the environment is too. We urge you to thoroughly review the products you wish to purchase to avoid unnecessary returns.
We are certain that you will be satisfied with purchases made on our online store. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 (seven) business days of your receipt of goods.
If 7 business days have passed since receipt, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To complete your request, we require a proof of purchase.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and photos of the damaged goods to [email protected]
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and able to be resold.
- We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before making a refund or exchange. If you are approved for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
- Should an exchange or refund be requested, you will be liable for the courier costs incurred. Any remaining funds will be allocated in the form of a cash discount for our online store.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Pre Order Items
- If you’re ordering a pre-order item (there will be a note on the product description) and we will only dispatch the entire order when all items are in stock. If you want your in stock items sent right away then please place two separate orders.
Local Orders within South Africa
- Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Delivery nationwide is R80, and free for all orders over R750.
- Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
- All deliveries are made within 3-5 days depending on area. Please note that couriers may be delayed by holidays and during big sales. Please get in touch with us if you haven’t received your order within the stipulated time-frame.

- You can order directly from our online store and we will then send you a quote from the courier service before requesting that you make your payment.
- Orders will be sent via DHL and will take approximately 3-5 working days (after receipt of your tracking number). Please use the tracking information provided to trace your parcel online.
- Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
