We’ve done our best to answer your questions here.

We try to apply Zero Waste packaging to all our orders.  We will never use single-use plastic, and guarantee our packaging is 100% compostable and our boxes and paper tape are 100% recyclable.

Even sustainable products still come in packaging because consumers are used to it.  Some of our products, like the coffee, chocolate, toothbrushes are required to be in packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

You will receive an email updating you with the progress of your delivery including, packaged, collected, your tracking number, in transit and delivered.  

Normally local orders will arrive in 3-7 business days.

Please confirm your shipping address is correct and email us with your order number so we can help at hello@consciouscollective.co.za.

Please contact us on hello@consciouscollective.co.za with your order number and updated address to request an address change, and we will do our best to assist you.

Check with your neighbours before you email us with your order number, and we’ll follow up with the courier to see what went wrong. 

We consider a lost package to have not been delivered 15 business days after the package was sent.

Please email us on hello@consciouscollective.co.za to request that we combine your orders.  Please include both order numbers and we will do our best to assist.

We apply a waste-less approach to purchases, while your experience is super important, the environment is too.  We urge you to thoroughly review the products you wish to purchase to avoid unnecessary returns.

Returns are incredibly harmful to the environment and the “shop online because returns are free” culture is a real issue.  We should only buy what we really need and have thoroughly researched.

We are certain that you will be satisfied with purchases made on our online store. However, if for any real reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 (seven) business days of your receipt of goods.

If 7 business days have passed since receipt, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We are not able to process a cancellation once an order is placed, paid and packaged.  We urge you to thoroughly review the products you wish to purchase to avoid unnecessary changes.

You can manually create an account by going to My Account – Register / Login at the bottom of the page.  Select My Account and create an account by entering your email address, and create a password.
